Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason for writing this letter is regarding the flower vase I ordered from your website during the first week of April, which apparently I still haven’t received. I wrote an email regarding the same to your company last week but haven’t received any response.

While searching for vases online, I stumbled across you website and found this amazing green glass flower pot that I was particularly looking for. It was well within my range and was supposed to be delivered at my place in 5 business days so I bought it instantly.

I was suppose to receive my item by the end of week as i placed the order on Monday. If there was any significant delay related to this, I should have been informed about it. This has created a serious inconvenience for me as I had bought this to gift my friend for her birthday that is by the end of April.

Please have the itemed delivered as soon as possible or adjust to return my money. I am hoping to hear back from you promptly regarding this situation.
