I am writing this letter expressing my dissatisfaction regarding the latest purchase from your website. I placed an order for the latest Samsung smartphone model, S25 Ultra, on 28th January and received a timely delivery on 7th February. However, my excitement turned into dissapointment when I opened the parcel and found the mobile screen slightly cracked.
The screen glitched constantly, making the navigation extremely difficult when I turned it on. Furthermore, I also observed a few scratches on the camera lens and the lock button did not function appropriately.
Upon observing these issues, I immediately recorded the above mentioned defects for proof and contacted the website’s customer service department to raise a complaint and presented the bill of purchase and other details.
Since it’s a recently purchased smartphone and under warranty, I request the store to rectify this mistake. Instead of a replacement, I request you for a refund as I am in urgent need of a new mobile phone and cannot wait for the replaced product to arrive.
