Dear Sir,
I am writing you this letter expressing my disappointment and dissatisfaction of a car ( Honda city, model : 2024 , color : black) purchased from your outlet, and it is giving me a very difficult time dealing with the problems i face each day.
At the time of purchase from you second hand showroom, they had done a deep inspection of my vehicle they had declared it perfect in the document that is handed over to me , However after a week of purchase while i was driving to my work the engine of my car heated up and i couldnot go any further , whereas i had to park my car on the spot and go in the cab.
I am very dissappointed with the after sale services i am recieving as i have contacted several times on your contact number but everytime i ended up getting no assistance on my issue.
I would highly appreciate if i would recieve a compensation from the management.
