I recently bought a Dodge Challenger 2023, from your company. It worked fine for a week but then, started making some unusual sound during ignition. I tried every possible method to contact your sales associates, however, was disappointed every time, as there was no response. Therefore, it left me no choice instead, to write a letter to you.
On January 22, 2025, I locked a deal with Mr. James and bought a Dodge Challenger 2023 model. My customer number is 123456. After driving it for a week (200 km), its V8 engine started making unusual noise. The problem occured when I tried to auto-start it from my apartment. I tried this feature for the first time and, hence I never got to know of this issue before. I checked the fuel levels and even showed it to my boyfriend, who has better knowledge about engines. However, everything was done right, it seems like there is a problem with the car itself. I got disappointed and then phoned your agency, but no one answered it. Therefore, I contacted Mr. James on the phone given on his business card and left him a message and an email as well. I waited for 2 days, but there was no response.
I am completely unsatisfied after this experience and I would like you to contact me as soon as possible and provide me with a possible solution.
