I am writing to give a feedback from the all-day meeting that was convened by my company, Heaven’s organization two weeks ago. We had approximately 20 participants, and they were all requested to review the event, which included sending reviews about the hotel. The reviews were classified into two aspects; the positive and the negative feedbacks.
The positive reviews are as follows; firstly, majority of the people loved the hotel because of its serenity, it was cool and quiet which made the conference feel comfortable and warm. Secondly, a lot of individuals complimented the aesthetics of the environment, someone said “I took over 100 pictures because of how beautiful the environment was”
However, there was still a number of negative reports especially in the aspect of food. A large percentage of the people complained about the food being tasteless and soggy, to which I can attest. Moreover, we had about four different kind of delicacies and they all had the same complain. This really made them unhappy.
Consequently, I would suggest you hire professional chefs that can help to improve your food quality and also train your current kitchen staff. By doing this, you are able to satisfy your clients and this will increase your sales.
