Dear customer service team,

I am writing to complain about a smartphone that I recently bought from your online store.Unfortunately,the phone arrived in a damaged condition.

When I opened the package,I noticed that screen was cracked and there were visible scratches on the back of the phone.Moreover,the device does not turn on,making it completely unusable.The external packaging also appeared to be damaged,which suggests that the phone may have been mishandled during delivery.

In order to resolve this issue,I have already contacted your customer support service through your website and provided photographs showing the damage.I have also kept the original packaging,receipt and order confirmation.Despite these efforts,I have not yet received a satisfactory response.

I would therefore expect your company to either replace the damaged smartphone with a new one or issue a full refund.I would appreciate it if you could inform me of the next steps and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
