Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am writing this letter you is that, I express you about some problems of heating system in your hotel. You know about it and promised to regarding compensation, unfortunately I still have not gotten it from you.

4 days ago, in 14th of January, I was so tired after full of busy day and visited in your guest house for the rest, but due to loud noise of heating system during the night I did not sleep and was not fully rested for the next day full of work, then I could not concentrate on my work and it caused me a lot of problems.Therefore you said sorry and promised to contact with me and gave compensation, but I still have not heard from you. I request from you to pay it due to inconvenience of your hotel heating system.

I hope that will take a positive approach to this problem and fulfill your promise.
