Hi. My name is Bella, i was in your restaurant on Monday day in afternoon at time 16:26. Writing this letter because the service that I received that day were just terrible. I hope you will understand and solve this problem. I received a burger with a drink

The reason why I am unhappy because every time before I came here food here was delicious and this time when i come here with my colleague and reccomended your food this time how I said this before it was terrible. The bread of burger were dry as i rock. The cutlet were so raw, i think they just take it from fridge and set it on my food. Although I say them fry it until the end. But the situation with my colleague was the worst. She asked about medium rare, but her cultet was raw as fuck. However in her cutlet was short and curly hair, we think we would happy for lond and straight, but not for this.

Suggest you to correct this situation and if it is not will be correct I will post this for media. People mustn’t eat this shit, and how I know your restaurant is popular. You have correct this right now, and I was not saying about how you make me stupid in front of the colleage because she thinks now that i love and eats this shit every time.
