My best friend was car accident at the same time, when I was come to pick you up. His condition was very serious so I couldn’t inform you. Once again I extremely sorry to disappointed you. It was never my intention to disappoint you, it slipped my mind and I completely assure you this will never happen again. It must have been very frustrating for you. I value our professional relationship and I take full responsibility for the inconveniences caused. I’ve learned from this mistake and will be more careful in the future.
