Artifical intelligence or AI is becoming a vital part of the humanity. From huge companies to comman people are using AI in their everyday life. But is it normal to use AI instead of real human? A lot companies decided that artifical intelligence is much better than real workers. I think the trend of AI is replacing us has both: advantages and disadvanteges.
On the one hand, using AI is much more beneficial for the big companies. For example the main factory of Tesla cars in Californiya launched ten AI robots and they are doing the work of hundred workers in just one week. The robots require a technical check-up once a year which cost 25 million dollars for Tesla. However two years ago Tesla needed to pay over 250 million dollars for the one hundred employees. In addition, AI technologies are able to work without any weekends and holydays. They are capable to work 24 hours a day and 365 days a years. This numbers show how AI exceeds over human labor.
On the other hand, this current tendency seems like the begining of a typical science-fiction movie about robot uprising. If AI replaced us now, what could happen in the next 50 years. Will artifical intelligence surrotages humans at all? Another important question is: ‘Would AI cause a widespread unemployment?’. I can use as example the situation I have mentioned before. 100 workers were replaced by 10 robots. It was really beneficial for the company. But what happend to that 100 people who are unemployers now. How are they earning money for their families, for their kids? If the same situation spread out further, a million of people will have a risk to end up without favourite job and money.
In conclusion, I think big companies should not use AI over humans. It is not hard for companies to give a sallary for their employees which are striving to provide their families with everything. So let’s prioritaze hard labor an do not use AI everywhere because it is has it own implications.
