It is said that the development of children’s brain progresses as they enroll in school. The amount of knowledge they get from home is not sufficient to tackle the real world and hence to enhance the development of psychological and social skills they need education. In my opinion, the role of the tutors, instructors, and teachers becomes a major factor in doing so.
I strongly agree that teachers have more effect on building a children’s intellectual and social skills. Clearly, children spend a significant amount of active time in school, much more than at home. This allows them to interact more frequently with various subject departments and their respective faculty members. These interactions help enhance social skills, covering aspects such as daily communication, problem-solving, and time management. Teachers are tasked with ensuring an increase in students’ performance as they progress through different course levels. Engaging in activities like completing assigned tasks and conducting research on study materials contributes to an increase in intellectual and active abilities.
The growing interaction with teachers, instructors, and other guides stimulates students’ creativity, as each educator employs unique teaching styles. This, in turn, encourages exploration of a wide range of methods and processes for completing tasks. It not only improves the way of solving a problem but helps to socialize with different types of bodies within or out of school environment and hence having an overall increase of one’s behavior of dealing with different scenarios.
In conclusion, one’s nature, either socializing or acquiring knowledge after interacting with mentors or tutors or general teachers definitely changes and has a greater effect after joining a school or an institution which has a huge impact in overall development of the young children.
