Some people think parents should tell their children to study less and spend more time doing physical activities. I partly agree with this idea because exercise is important for health, but studying is also in necessary for their future, that is why it is essential to balance them.
On the one hand, doing sports or other physical activities helps children stay healthy and active. It can reduce stress and make them feel happier. For instance, children who play football or ride bicycles are usually more energetic and have better mood. Physical exercise also helps them make friends and learn teamwork.
On the other hand, studying is still important because it helps children learn new things and prepare for their future jobs. If they spend too little time studying, they may get low grades at school. However, parents can make a daily plan where children study for a few hours and then do some physical exercise. This way, they can be both smart and healthy.
In conclusion, I believe children should not stop studying, but they should have enough time for physical activities too. A good balance between studying and exercising is the best choice for their development.
