People decide to choose their career, not only for making ends meet, but also they are inclined to content their other personal aspirations. In the following, some of them would rather do the same job in a same position, while others commonly change their occupations. Both of the merit and demerit of upper mentioned points of view will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
For one, in the past, the major tips which lured people to get the specific vocation were the opportunity of getting promotion, security, and so on, instead of amount of money that they earn as a salary and a satisfaction. To clarify, wages were just adequate for medium family and if these classifications of people lost their jobs, the foundation of the family would collapse. For instance, it must have been nearly two years ago, that my uncle retired from a company with low salary, even though he had been advanced in his position and became the head of his time.
From another perspective, the preferences of modern-day generation have become more varied in choosing their jobs over time. Consequently, they concentrate on their finding jobs that match their unique preferences, such as income, contentment, and so on. Moreover, this trend reflects their desire for flexibility, creativity, and personal fulfillment in the workplace. For example, my half-brother decided to switch his career four times in the last year due to its workload and hazardous environment that jeopardizes his well-being.
To sum up, nonetheless, the beliefs of the society change drastically, people themselves decide which vocation aligns with their outlook. To conclude, from my perspective, it is not an offbeat work to alter jobs over time and the benefits of that approach outweigh the drawbacks.
