The development of country is depends on the growth of education and healthcare field. Consequently, I believe the expenditure of education and health is bear of both government and individual responsibility.
To begin with, education which is essential for the rise of knowledge, not only in their carrier field and it improves the understanding about socio-economic relation of the government authority. So, government would be fund at least amount of up to their higher secondary education. For instance, the government in my country, which provided free education for children up to 7th standard and annual scholarship for higher class students. It will reduce the burden of student to find money to complete their higher studies.
Moreover, healthcare is also carrying important role of development of countries. A healthier citizens made a country brighter if the healthcare is valuable. Presuming authority should provide 50% of health insurance for people to reduce their tension for finding money to secure their life. Additionally, different types of people are living in various countries with different status. In that section, we can identify penniless and affluent sections. Consequently, authority would be aware about the health status of each people to secure the country growth.
In conclusion, the government and individuals are responsible for the expenditure for education and healthcare of citizens. Because, government may often could not find the total expenditure of the people’s education and healthcare. However authority can provide health scheme and reduction in medical treatment as well as free education up to primary school and scholarship for higher education.
