People have different opinions about how to stay healthy. A range of individuals believe that doing exercise is solution to stay healthy while others reckon that having a balanced diet is essential. In my opinion, health depends on many things, not just one method, because both exercise and healthy food are vital for a healthy life. But I reckon that doing exercise is more essential.
On the one hand, a number of young people believe that having a balanced diet is important to stay healthy. Because, healthy food gives the body vitamins and energy. For instance, eating vegetables and fruits helps people feel stronger and avoid illnesses. For example, young generation prefer to eat healthy food such as eggs, porridge or fruit for breakfast instead of unhealthy food, due to healthy food people feel energetic all day. Therefore, a balanced diet can control weight and improve the immune system.
On the other hand, a range of individuals believe that doing exercise is solution to stay healthy. Because, if you do exercise a lot usually, your body will stay in shape and get stronger. I would argue that doing exercise is key to health. Because, no matter how much you eat, your regular exercise routine will help you keep your body stronger. Also, when people exercise often, they can manage stress more easily and feel more confident. Therefore, exercise plays an important role in keeping the body active and healthy.
In conclusion, both exercise and a balanced diet are important for good health. However, I believe that exercise is more essential because it keeps the body strong and active.
