On the other hand, many people believe that consuming a variety of of foods with adequate nutrients is necessary for good health. This helps people loose weight, improves metabolism, build strong digestive system and boosts overall body performance. In addition, eating healthy meals reduces the risk of illness, and even if someone becomes sick, the body recovers faster that those who follow an unhealthy diet. For instance, avocados are rich in healthy fats, which help reduce harmful cholesterol levels in the body. Furthermore, consuming right amount of food with balanced nutrients is beneficial to overall health.
