It is argued that, few people wants a new language so that it can be used as a worldwide communication medium. Although learning a new language is never easy for many people, this essay thinks using this common language, people can overcome language barriers, thus these upsides can easily outweigh the disadvantages.
The main reason to start uses of unique language as a worldwide medium can be easier to communicate. This is to say, people who want to visit a foreign country often face many crucial problems due to language barriers. For example, when someone visits a different country for a medical emergency, this could be a severe problem if they do not know how to express their problem. Moreover, a common language is very helpful to unite every country from worldwide. In other words, relationship among different countries will be more tight, both economically and politically. For instance, when people visit a new country, that means they are helping to improve its foreign revenue.
Those opposed to this say that learning a new language is always hard for anyone. Since we learn our mother tongue from childhood, it is easy to go with. However, invention of a new language can be a trouble for older people because aged people are not too capable to learn something new and it is something like this then that would be harder. Nevertheless this problem can be tackled by few measures such as teaching them by hand and pen.
To sum up, while learning any new international language can be hard, in my opinion, the pros like the ease of communication can outweigh the disadvantages.
