The ongoing debate sourrounding should we invent a new languege for international communication has elucidated divergent perspectives. While many people believe that in contemporary era, we need to have an international language for communicating beween countries, others contend that it would bring many problems. In my opinion, I believe that the drawbacks would be more significant.
The supporters of notion believe that a new language is advantageous for some extent. The main one is that if all individuals all over the world use the same language, it will eliminate the barrier of linguistic, thereby saving time and creating more education opportunity. This is because there are many people good at in their fields such as math, physic without internaltional language, leading to they are limited in a certain framework and can not have the best opportunities for education and job. For example, in most universities in Viet Nam require language degree to attend or graduate them, result in there are many students can not graduate due to lack of foreign languages.
However, I firmly assert that the invention of a new language will yield many challenges. The main reason for this is that it requires considerable effort to generate and use a new language popularly. This is because pronunciation and writing of countries are different, so it is difficult to create a language being appropriate for all countries. Moreover, in poor countries it is hard for everyone to access to a new language because many people do not have chance to go to school and learn a new language. Secondly, creating a novel language is not necessary and it is a waste. This is because English is seen as an international language and many countries have used it commonly in education, communication, politics. So instead, studying a new language, we should invest in improve the quality of education, especially in poor countries, which is more reasonable.
In conclusion, while there are many advantages regarding saving time and better educational opportunity, I believe that drawbacks that result from this practice is more vital significance. It is recommended that we should use the available international language such as English to integrate internationally.
