I am writing this letter to apprise you about the service of the Vivan hotel that I received during my recent trip from India to Canada. As I booked this hotel from the 20th to the 25th of March, but I was dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered Curry with rice and a strawberry shake, and I found a hair in the curry and the shake was bitter in taste. So, when I reported this at the hotel’s reception, the receptionist did not listen to me well and take any action for further investigation.
Moreover, When I returned to home, I suffered from food poisoning for a week. I am disappointed with booking my trip through you and want at least seventy percent of my refund back. I suggest you report this whole scenario to the hotel. I would really appreciate it if you would refund my money as soon as possible.
