I want to complain about the printer I bought online from the company’s website. It was delivered yesterday, but it’s colour printing is not working correctly.
I bought a HP laser colour printer with an in-built scanner. I followed all of the steps mentioned in the user manual to install it. When I gave colour print, an error showed up, mentioning that the colour cartridge needed a replacement.
I bought this printer to get colour prints from it, which I can share with my clients.
But unfortunately, I am unable to get colour prints from it.
I want you to look into this problem on priority by either installing a new cartridge or replacing this printer with a new one.
