Poland showed noticeable growth, rising from 5% in 2009 to 6% in 2010, overtaking Austria in the second year. Spain also experienced a substantial increase, from 3.5% to 5%. Greece, though starting from a very low base of 1.5%, doubled its figure to 2% in 2010. The European Union average rose moderately from 4.5% to 5%, reflecting the general upward trend across the majority of countries.
