The idea of moving facilities to the outskirts of the towns has garnered considerable debate. I firmly disagree with this conceptand believe that demerits of the process surpass the merits.
Firstly, in today’s life, people migrate to the megalopolises to escalate their life standard. Urbanization and a fast-pace life require better accessibility to the amenities. Imposing limitations for centers will be fail to meet the demand, and unearth some problems. One of these issues is transportation. If the government executes this program for solving overcrowding and pollution, it will pave the way to the more pollution. For instance, to travel for the shops or to commute every day to the school will contain more environmental crisis. Moreover, this process will end with another trouble: economic decline. As commercial centers are relocated, the market competition and sales will be damaged. To exemplify, when shops are around us, we tend to at least browse, which ends with purchases
Another main objective is social effect. The malls do not only consist of the entertaining and shopping centers, but also they provide us networking. Surrounding by people, making friends, involving in new activities is seen as a meditation by some individuals, in addition, some facilities which are in the centers such as restaurants, bookshops can help to create interaction with people,
Overall, the shops, schools and centers should not be moved away from the residents and accommodations. It will result in the economic, environmental and social issues.
