Some uphold strong opinion is that young criminals must be punished in the same way as adults can be affective method. While i accepted this way can be good to some extent. Personally , i believe , they not should treat equally based on several reasons
On the one hand, if punishing teenager who have tendency to serious offence like murdering , kidnapmurdering or significant thief should be punished in the same way as adults . This policy serves as a form of fairness for especially victons suffering in this situation. Because, victon’s suffering is always the same regardless of criminal’s age no matter how old criminals are . Everone should responsible for break the law in a series way. Morover , This policy can create awareness about negative consequences lies its behind among young people. Therefore, they can pose a significant risk in society so justice system should make inform them by preventing criminals and showing them as a real examples.
On the other hand , there can be visible explanation why teenager should not puished at the same way as adults. Offenders are ate the age of their developing stage so they have no life-experience. Their frontal lobes which are responsible for decision-making and judgment is not fully developed . In this situation, justice system should employee other alternatives as much as possible .Secondly , in some cases , serious offences can be by chance is not on purpose.
