The problem of physical health in developed world is a real conundrum for governments, despite the fact that efforts invested in the healthcare system are huge.The causes of this situation can be unrelated to medicine such as sedentary lifestyle and environmental shortcomings, which would probably lead to negative consequences in the quality of life and individuals’ satisfaction.
The shortage of physical activity are ubiquitous among people.Specifically,those whose work requires long hours of screen; accountants frequently feel glued to their tables doing a lot of paper work and encounter the problems with back.
Secondly, pollution contaminates the air we breathe.Since the industrialisation, the amount of carbon dioxide has been increasing; the diseases related to lungs become widespread.The most vulnerable part of the society such as juveniles and older adults have had some medical issues with breathing lately.
Inevitable effects occur due to these facts, firstly ,the overall quality of life worsening.Needles to say that even young generation come across illness.Chunk of the diseases bring future problems (both serious or subtle).Apparently, they should take the treatment, which may cost a lot.As a result ,the bulk of budget are spent to healthcare.For instance, some parents seek help from people because their child is ill; social issue that become frequent.Unfortunately, the high cost of healthcare hinders improvements in spite government’s efforts.
Thus, lifestyle and conditions matter in our daily routine as they affect people’s well-being. Government should pay attention to this tendency in society.In order to solve problems, the citizens’s way of life and surroundings need to be rejuvenated.
