It is considered in some nations that young adults are reassured to be employed or sightsee for a year after graduating secondary school and then studying university. I strongly agree with this statement.
On the one hand, becoming a university student is the safest option in specific countries. Research has shown that the proportion of young graduates who decided to stay in their country demonstrated higher working success rates, such as in industries. Native communities suggest that not only should education be stopped temporarily, but young people should also be encouraged to rest before university. Nevertheless, these observations alone do not guarantee satisfactory lifestyle for all individuals.
On the other hand, adults who chose to travel or work are likely to be more industrious-minded later in life. Rarely have I seen complaints or drawbacks occurring from sightseeing. Sightseeing New Environments From a psychology standpoint, human nature is constructed with significant biological chemicals which will be increased only with experiencing feelings more. Recently, a noteworthy experiment was conducted in which two groups were given identical numeracy tools and instructed to design a digital product. While both groups had similar resources, it was the team with broader practical life experience that produced more innovative results. This finding proves that creativity and personal development are strongly shaped by encountering unfamiliar places and opportunities.
In conclusion, although some graduates prefer to maintain a predictable university year, I believe that embracing change is far more advantageous. Therefore, variety should be seen as an essential part of a fulfilling life.
