While proponents advocate the view that people have to achieve their career goals to enhance the quality of their life, opponents and I disagree. I am a staunch believer that individuals should balance between their interests and their need to fulfill better life standards.
On one hand, numerous individuals prioritize what they enjoy while choosing their career as they believe that it will bring them satisfaction. In other words, when people choose a career based on their devotion, it will provide them with a sense of fulfillment. An eminent example of that is kindergarten teachers who prefer the joy of teaching young learners and create a rich learning environment for children, however, the lack of their payment. Thus, what can be said is that achieving a passion is the root cause for many individuals which leads them to success.
On the other hand, fulfilling better life standards is the main reason which motivates many adolescents when they choose their career. If a person doesn’t pay well from his favorite job, he may replace it with another unpleasant, profitable one. For example, according to a recent survey, it indicates that a well-paying career considers to attract numerous individuals. Therefore, what can be said is that some people consider financial factors when making career choices.
In conclusion, after this essay has manifested the above-mentioned views, it can be reiterated that seeking a passion and enhancing the quality of life are the main reasons for career achievers. I believe that a balance between earning a life and achieving a devotion should be struck to find a career path which provides both personal satisfaction and economic stability.
