Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my yard landscape done by Abc Company last week.

Initially we discussed and agreed what need to be done one month before. I wanted to add vibrant colours in to my garden. So that, I recommended adding flower plants to give that colourful touch to the garden. Moreover, I wanted black fence around the garden also it has to be stick strongly.

Unfortunately, they have only add green leaves after mentioning it prior that I want it to be bright. Futhermore, after yesteday’s rain the fence has come off the ground, which makes the whole graden look messed-up. I am truly disappointed about the finshied work. Because it was not done as you promised.

I would be grateful if you can come and have a look in to this issue and resolve as soon as possible. Hence, I have visitors coming for stay over during next weekend.

I am looking forward for a positive and immediate action to fix this issue.
