Dear Sir,

I hope you find this letter in good health and high spirits. I am Shahab Uddin, already assigned at 16th batch of your language session . Although I completed my payment, unfortunately I can’t join here due to my family issue.

To begin with, I would like to call off from this program as I can’t manage time from family and duty. If I continue this class, I will become a fluent speaker. Moreover, this curriculum will be beneficial for my career development, but I can’t stay with it for personal reasons.

Howover, you would consider of my challenges, so that you will refund my payment as your institution is well known and highly reputed. I also believe that, you won’t argue with me and back my fund as soon as possible.
