The two given illustrations demonstrate the ways the budget of X and Y universities was distributed for the school year 2000-2001. Overall, the graphs are divided into 4 parts (books, salaries of teachers, training of teachers and new facilities), representing how was the budget of two universities wasted. A glance at these pie charts reveals that the majority of X university’s money was spent on books; however, it is shown that Y university’s resources were mostly wasted on new facilities.
The first graph reveals the fact that the minority of X university’s budget, which is equivalent to 20 percent, was distributed to training for teachers. Half of the resources was spent on salaries for the previously mentioned teachers and new facilities.
The Y university, just like ea;y mentioned university X, spent the least of their budget on training for teachers. However, the half of its resources was spent quite differently. 50 percent of university’s money was spent on books and salaries of teachers.
