Good day, I am writing today to express my disappointment with the room allocated to me by your hotel. I booked a 1 bedroom executive suite in your hotel via Booking.com and unfortunately, upon my arrival I learned that the room allocated for me didn’t match the details on the website.
Firstly, I paid for a two-bedroom suite with an overlooking of the Blue Lake, but I was only given a standard twin bedroom facing the woods. Moreover, It was also indicated that there is high wifi coverage in the area, but connection was intermittent when I was using it for an online meeting. It was also stated in the listing that there will be bath tub but the room only has a shower.
I am deeply disappointed with this, as I need to have constant communication with my colleagues and family while I am traveling here for this business trip. I specifically picked that room and spent more than my budget so I can relax after the long hours of work.
I hope your management can make necessary actions to fix the issue with the booking. Hopefully you can transfer me to the exact room I paid for or compensate me with the cost.
