It is often argued that to work in big company is more beneficial than to work in a small business. I completely agree with this idea, Initially, the main consideration is that being an employee in a large companies brings more success to individuals. The reason for this is big companies have more network and power in one field. This helps employees to get a chance to become well-known and visible in the industry, It is obvious that popularity and reputation brings more money to individuals. For instance, my cousin who works in Microsoft, one of the biggest company in the world, has nearly 70.000$ salary per year. Every local company in my country wants to hire him. That’s why people must considering to choose larger companies.
A second major reason is that big companies have more workers. In other words, unlike small businesses, each person has its own particular job to do in huge companies. This leads to significant amount of saving in time wise and more detailed and productive work. A great example of this Samsung, world’s largest electronical provider. The company has more than 100.000 employees. Some of them are in charge of design, some are construction and others are managers. This job sharing helps work to be done successfully.
To sum up, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believe that to work in a big company has much more benefits than to work for small businesses such as reputation, success and higher salary.
