Dear store manager,
I am writing this letter to complain about my device, which has stopped working after 5 days of my purchase from your prestigious online store.
I recently bought iPhone 17 Pro Max, which is black in colour and 512 MB storage, 10 days ago. Everything was going good – the delivery of the product was on time. I was really impressed, but suddenly after 5 days when I kept my device on charge, it didn’t turn on. I didn’t understand what happened suddenly.
However, I tried to hard reboot the phone and change my charging cable as well as the adapter, but unfortunately nothing worked at my end. So, I would like you to either give me a replacement and provide me with a new device, or I would like to get the refund for this purchase in the same mode of payment.
