The chart shows the results of surveys conducted in 2005 and 2009, asking people how they felt about their relationships with their superiors and colleagues. The rates are measured in percentages.
As shown in the first chart, all the data changed slightly from 2005 to 2009. The “very good” and “no spouse” figures increased slightly from 61% to 65% and from 1% to 5%. There was a slight decrease in the “good” and “fair” figures from 26% to 22% and from 8% to 6%. And in 2009, the “No Answer” rate disappeared.
As for relationships with coworkers, the data changed again. The “Excellent” and “No Colleagues” figures increased slightly from 63% to 70% and from 1% to 2%. Meanwhile, the “Good” and “Fair” figures decreased slightly from 28% to 25% and 7% to 3%. And “Poor” disappeared.
Overall, the survey results were very positive, with the highest rating from 2005 to 2009 always being “very good”. However, there were still some people who were dissatisfied and did not respond to the tests, but they were very small.
