X’s investments in books are 5% higher than of another university, reaching 30% of overall amount. Yet, Y’s funds for new facilities are 5% more than of X’s 25%.
Overall, the said categories of budget in the two universities have approximately comparable proportions, varying from 20 to 30%. While X prioritizes procurement of educational materials, Y creates new premises.
