To commence with the doctor’s service, it was rated 8, 8.7, and 8.4 in Longston, Peveril, and Merchbank centers, respectively, whereas the service provided by the pharmacy was rated the least in all the centres. Furthermore, booking appointments and response to concerns services received nearly the same rating in all the centers, averaging about 7. And, the cure of children was rated 6.3, 7.5, and 7.3 in Longston, Peveril, and Merchbank centers, respectively.
To analyse from another perspective, the satisfaction level at the Peveril center was highest, with an 8.3 overall average rating, followed by the Merchbank center, which received only a slightly lower rating. In contrast, patients were least satisfied at the Longstone center, as it received the least rating of only 5.8.
