Overall, it is clearly seen that the percentage of aftercare service was dominant in all three sections. In addition, treatment service also followed closely behind it. Hospital staff and waiting time were much more uncommon.
In hospitals C and A, the proportion of treatment and aftercare services reached almost same rate, showing 85 and 83 percent respectively. Patients who were in hospital B, cure service showed 68 percent and a service aftercare also displayed close share with 70 percent. However, patients who treated by hospital C knew that its both treatment and aftercare services were very good, reaching 84 and 82 percent.
Moving to the figure for hospital staff and waiting time services, these services were the most popular in hospital C, displaying 81 and 92 percent respectively. In hospital B, almost all patients did not like the staff and also waiting time services, achieving just only 38 and 53 percent. Hospital staff service showed 74 percent in hospital A while the percentage of waiting time displayed 46 percent.
