Dear Ms Anderson

I am writing this letter for the purpouse to host a party in honor of Paolo Signorini which is leaving the company. I have the desire to stabilize this event in the company’s conference room for the reason that our room is quite large to organize a party especially for 15 people.

We will obtain a little party for team workers and to emerge out colleague which is had a great work for all this years. The party will be at 19:00 PM and i would be pleased to discuss other details in person.
