Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Vipenpreet Singh and I am writing this letter to you to inform you about the difficulty that I faced regarding the product that I bought from your website. I know its a manufactural flaw.

A few days ago, I ordered a good quality leather mobile case from your website which cost me over 50 dollars. However, when I received it yesterday I was shocked by the quality of that mobile cover. It was not the same quality that I watched online. Even it looks like an old case. Despite the quality of the leather, the packaging was also very bad as there was no bubble wrap or something soft to protect the cover.

So, I am requesting you to give me a full refund for this and submit a complain regarding the manufacturer to make sure that they sell good quality product.
