Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the washing machine i bought from your store couple of weeks ago. not only it has not worked since the day i purchased it, but it also ruined my whole laundary due to its leakage.
The machines display went off the day i plugged it in the power outlet for no specific reason. Before i tried replugging it to another power outlet, i realized it smells like melting wire. Due to my busy scheduled days, I could not manage to contact your store for the phenomenon happening.
Two weeks earlier, i contacted the shopping mall that i bought this machine but the support telephone line was out of service, therefore I could not talk to any of your staff.
I would appreciate it if you, as the manager of this branch, could send someone to repair the machine or if it is possible replace it with the brand new one. should this matter remain unresolved, i will have no choice but to report the issue with the mother company to do the duty.
