Hi.
I’m writing this email to complain the faulty wireless headphone, which I bought it 2 weeks ago on your website.
As soon as I got the product, there was no problem with anything. However, since 3days before, I’ve noticed that something was going wrong with my headphone. At first, I could hear a little noise when I connected bluetooth with the phone. I’ve ignored it at first, but as the noise sound was getting louder and louder, it was really annoying to hear any musics or watch youtube. Today, the bluetooth suddenly disconnected and connected repeatly and finally didn’t work anymore.
I would like to ask if I could replace the new one. It seems there is a system and machanic problem with it.
Please let me know the address for return it, and let me know what should I do for the next step.
