Nowadays, people always use a online shops with different types of products, so recently i had ordered a new smartphone, but i noticed some issues with phone that makes me feel disappointed.
Firstly i saw that my gadget came with broke screen , and do not work exactly, how i expected. So many defects, it seems to me like that i purchased my phone from a weak company , who do not do their job well. Smartphone was a different colour, it was orange but i wait a white . I was disappointed, because i never saw problems with my orders from websites.
Thera a lot of problems , probably not only me can met them , today a lot of people have been dissatisfied with their order , it can be gadgets , jewellery items, clothes or anything that can be expensive. In my point of view , individuals should write their opinions , and complaints. That can help them to get feedback from the company, and reduce the risk of getting a negative gadget , but sometimes persons should be more careful, especially when they encounter a suspicious shop website.
In result, i write about my problem to a support team, they need solve the problem, because i pay them, and bought this phone for myself but it arrived with a technical problems.
