I am writing to express my disappointment with the streaming servie I recently subscribed to. Since joining last mont, I have faced several problems that make it difficult to enjoy the service.
First, the videos often buffer even though my internet connection is stable and fast. Second, the subtitles are sometimes out of sync, which makes it hard to follow the shows. Lastly, some movies that were listed as “available in my region” cannot be played, and an error message keeps appearing.
these problems have made it difficult for me to enjoy my favorite shows. I usually watch movies to relax after studying, but the constant buffering and errors are quite frustating.
I would appreciate it if you could check my account and fix these technical issues. If the problems continue, I would like to request a refund or an option to switch to more stable plan.
