I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email to inform that facing some technical issues in the gate course which subscription I had purchased before two days ago, As per my colleague suggestion i have choosen unacedmy online platform for start my gate exam preparation, but within two days only I am totally disappointed due to technical issues in the application. The several issues faced my me is in recorded lectures download service not working, video also pause in between, previous year question page also not opening, mock test page also not working properly and in live session voice is not proper and some times buffering issues also occur. That leads to wastage of my precious time and also make me irritate. Today i am try to reach your service department but not able to reach because of some issues, after that I directly call on customer support but not getting any positive response from there. That’s why I am writing this mail to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Than after we can start our preperation smoothly.
