Dear Suresh,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to stick with our plan of movie night on Tuesday at the Cineplex, as my boss has given me the responsibility to attend a business meeting with a client, which will be held on the same day in the afternoon. I have no idea about the duration of the meeting.

Though I cannot join you, our friend Michael can come to accompany you for the movie. Also, he is a better fit for you as he loves watching Bollywood movies like you do. He can even buy drinks and some food to eat for enjoyment while watching the movie.

Furthermore, I wanted to say that we will make a plan to watch Interstellar within a couple of weeks after I finish my important meetings.
