In few countries, following a vegetarian diet is increasingly common for individuals. Although there are drawbacks, this essay argues that the advantages are stronger as this has a positive effect on people’s ability to stay healthy and fit in day to day life.
One considerable advantage of vegetarian diets is that they are usually low in saturated fat and cholesterol, which helps reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. In my view, English countries mainly focus on pure vegetables and clean food where they have chances of burning fat with a vegetarian diet. For instance, panner which is made of milk and gives high protein, people mostly prefer this dish in breakfast and lunch normally in stuffing this paneer cubes in sandwiches and rolls. Additionally, individuals focus more on vegetarian diets and count every single calorie in their day to day life. Therefore, vegetarian diets have more options in the food recipes and people consume the vegetables more because they are rich in vitamins, nutrients and fibres.
On the other hand, there are drawbacks to a vegetarian diet where people can lose muscle strength and illness. Eating more vegetables gives the body tiredness and people always prefer to drink the fruit juice to balance the diet. For example, drinking fruit juices like orange boosts immunity and helps fight infections and also body gets sufficient vitamin c and keeps hydration. I believe that a vegetarian diet is good for health and balancing the diet is more important in taking the food. People mostly prefer vegetables because they are less expensive compared to meat.
In conclusion, despite the downsides , I believe that the benefits of a vegetarian diet gives a more healthy life and stay fit. But focusing on protein in a vegetarian diet is more important to balance the diet.
