In this rapidly evolving world, sticking to a particular thing might not get you ahead of others who are trying out new and different things. Similar applies to the working industries, where employees cannot settle doing the same job or work environment.
Globalization has revolutionized our world in many aspects. Now, we do
not belong to a big planet Earth. We belong to a small global village. This having various merits, also contributed in arising various issues, one of which is demanding evolution. For instance, hardly a decade ago scientists were working on satellites to send them in outer space, and now engineers are planning for space colonization. Think, if they were stick to working only on satellites, shuttles, and rockets then this innovative idea of space urbanization would not take birth.
Nowadays, being updated with everything has became very crucial, especially in case of working professionals. For example, today, AI (artificial intelligence) is dramatically acquiring every sector of industries. Many people have lost their job, simply due to this AI. However, the person using AI for their work have seem to be getting praised and promoted. This is because they had the ability to adapt new things, and change their working style in order to cope up with current scenario.
In conclusion, I truly believe that employees cannot rely on their same role or work ethics, in this fast changing world. They should adapt the new up bringing and show positive attitude towards continuous learning. Lastly, I would suggest that changing is utterly necessary for social and professional growth.
