Dear Manager,
I am writing to enquire your permission to use a room in company, the conference room, I will use this room for the farewell party for our colleague who is leaving by the end of this month.
I plan to use the conference room in the evening after clock out time on 27-30 March 2026, The farewell party will be on 29 March 2026 but we need time to prepare the room 2 days before the party begin and I will use one more day for the next day of the party to clean the room and make sure that everything will be back like before we have used, you do not worry about this. I have sent the RSVP to 24 staffs to join this event. So, this will have not more than 25 attendants including me.
I would appreciate if you could let me know whether you gave a permission or not. looking forward to hearing from you soon.
