I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the product I purchased from your website.
Two months ago, I bought a microwave oven during the Diwali offer sale. It costs me around 15000 which was quite expensive. I placed an order on October 25th with an order number 254A6367B and received my order on 28th october. I was really excited for it because it was my first experience to use oven.
However, my happiness was turned into sadness when i started using it. At first, it was working properly, but after 2 days, it took a long time to heat food and then it stopped working. In order to fix it i talked to my repairman, but he suggested to talk to company.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could send someone to fix it or you can also replace my order with another one. Sir, my parents scolded me a lot because of it. Please take a prompt action.
I hope you would look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
