I recently bought a blutooth handsfree. The order no is 987654321. I attached my purchased receipt.
I’m writing this to you, because unfortunately the device is defected. One of the ears is not working. When I want to connect it to my mobile phone, it doesn’t work as well. Also, the volume is corrupted and I can’t set it up or down.
I hope you understand that I expect to replace my device very soon. If there isn’t device in your store maybe I can order a new one or another model. But if there isn’t any model to replace, I want a full refund.
