Dear Sir,

I want to express my profound dissatisfaction regarding the hygiene of your gym. Being a permanent member, its my due responsibility to inform the flaws and weakness which can be timely corrected.

It has been more then two years of being the satisfied member, with all the support for the progress and bettermemt of the gym. Given the situation, after the previous cleaning staff had left , the cleanliness of the workout zone has deteriorated immensely, however, the new staff was appointed.

I have been noticing the dust around the cardio zone with the sweat stains all over the benches of multipal equipments. Lying on the floor for the cardio workout is being quite difficult for all of us due to the dirt present on the mat. Dispite the request to clean the place, the staff ignored the matter and behaved rudely affecting my motivation of doing exercise.

Being the concerned personal of your place, its my humble request for you to look after the issue immedietly and initiate some needy action to resolve the problem together with the counceling of the working staff.

I am much hopeful that the matter will be solved, creating the joyful environment to workout in days to come. Please feel free to ask for further information required.
